Applications submitted to your centre by your students can be sent on to UCAS once a reference has been added and approved.
When applications are in this state they will appear in the 'Ready to send' section of 'Send to UCAS'. 'Send to UCAS' is in the menu on the left of the 'Welcome' page for advisers.
Applications can be listed by group, by name or by status. The member of staff with permission to do so should tick the box for each application they wish to send to UCAS and click on Send. These applications will then be listed in the 'Already sent' section of 'Send to UCAS'.
Once they have been sent to us, they cannot be returned for amendment.
