Known issues

The known issues that users have experienced when using Apply are listed below.

Please read about the issues relating to Microsoft IE6, Service Pack 1 and Microsoft ISA proxy server if Internet Explorer is 'hanging' when using Apply.

Known issues

  • When I click on the Apply link, nothing seems to be happening or a blank screen is appearing
  • What happens if an error page is returned on the security detail screen?
  • Caching of web pages
  • I get a message saying the service has 'timed out'
  • The on-screen window for Apply is too small
  • Problems printing from the printable version page
  • More than one active login on the same PC at the same time
