Your son or daughter will receive a welcome letter from us to say that the application has been processed. They should check the choice details on the letter carefully and contact us immediately if they think that any details are incorrect. The welcome letter will include an individual application number and personal ID number, which should be kept handy in case your son or daughter needs to contact us. They will then be able to access their application in Track. Track is an online system which allows applicants to view their application, make changes to their personal details, and reply to their offers.
Track is the quickest way to see if any universities or colleges have
decided to make an offer, and it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week. Invitations to interviews and open days will be sent direct to your
son or daughter by universities and colleges: these will not be displayed
online.
Consideration and offers
Once the application has been processed, we will send a copy to each of the choices stated on the application. If your son or daughter applies for any Route B art and design courses, we will send the application to their first choice. The universities and colleges will then decide on an individual basis whether they wish to make an offer or not.
If your son or daughter receives an offer for a Route B art and design course, they should reply within 14 days (21 days if they are applying from outside the European Union).
If your son or daughter has not applied for any Route B courses, they will not be required to decide which offers to accept until all their chosen institutions have sent their decisions to us, although they can decide earlier if they wish.
