My daughter has accepted a deferred place, but would like to start the course this year. What can she do?

She can speak to the university or college where she has accepted the offer, to see if they would be willing to change the start date to this year. It may be that the course is already full for this year, but places can become available throughout the year, particularly during Clearing, so she can ask the university or college if they will consider her if a place becomes available. If they agree, they will contact us and we will let your daughter know.
