Some of the information on my welcome letter is wrong. What shall I do?

If your university or college is wrong, contact our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 468. Within 14 days of the date on the letter, we can correct it. After that, our advice will depend on your circumstances. UK BT landline calls will cost no more than 9p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.

If the course details are incorrect, contact the university or college concerned and quote your UCAS personal ID/application number. If they are happy to change the course details, they will tell us and we will inform you.
