What is my AS12 letter? I am being asked for a copy of it by my local authority/bank.

Your AS12 Confirmation letter is sent to you when you have been fully accepted by a university or college.

If you have lost the letter, contact our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 468 for a copy. UK BT landline calls will cost no more than 9p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.

If you have already started at a university or college, we will not be able to reissue this letter for you, but we can send you a letter explaining how to get confirmation from your university or college. Please contact us on the above number if you would like this letter.
