How do I reply to my offers?

You reply to your offers on Track. You do not need to reply to your offers until you have received decisions from all your universities or colleges (unless they are Route B art and design). When they have all sent their decisions to us, we automatically ask you to reply to offers.

If you receive an offer for a Route B art and design course and you are still waiting for decisions from any other choices, you must reply within 14 days from receiving the offer (21 days if your postal address is outside the European Union). The option to reply to your Route B choice will be available on Track.

If you are waiting for decisions but you are no longer interested in these choices, you can cancel them on Track or by phoning our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 468. UK BT landline calls will cost no more than 9p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary. We will then send you a letter asking you to reply to the offers you have already received. It may sound obvious, but check you have received the offers you wish to accept from us before doing this.
