Notes

Peterborough Regional College is located on an attractive and extensive site, near to the centre of Peterborough.The courses are franchised from/validated or awarded by one Anglia Ruskin University. By September 2009, it is planned that a new purpose-built University Centre will have been created on the college site for the exclusive use of HE students. Facilities will include state-of-the-art teaching rooms, a large lecture hall, various meeting and conference rooms, as well as housing a small HE study area, a cafe and a 'one stop shop' student support centre.
In August 2008 a joint venture between Anglia Ruskin University and Peterborough Regional College was formally established to create University Centre Peterborough. The aim of the joint venture was to develop and deliver high quality university education for Peterborough and its surrounding region. University Centre Peterborough represents the single most important development in higher education in Peterborough's history and is core to the City's economic strategy.
