It can be used anywhere where there is access to the internet, which gives you the flexibility to fill in your application when it suits you.
Applications are stored at UCAS while they are being completed, so you do not have to download your application to your computer.
Your application does not have to be completed all at once, and the system allows you to leave a section partially completed. Until you complete the payment process, you can return to any section and change the information that you have entered.
The system gives instant feedback if there are any mistakes in the important details, like your date of birth and course codes, which can be corrected immediately.
The text for personal statements and references can be copied and pasted into applications from a word processing package.
