We need to know where you have studied and which qualifications you are taking/have taken. We will ask you to fill in your schools or colleges, then ask you to list your qualifications, one by one. You should provide details for up to 10 of the most recent secondary schools, colleges or universities you have attended. You must include all schools, colleges and universities that you have attended, even if you withdrew from your course.
You must provide full details for the following qualifications to help universities and colleges consider your application.
You should not send any examination certificates or other papers to us, or to your chosen universities or colleges, unless requested to do so.
If you have taken any qualifications with the AQA exam board and do not have your certificate, AQA can supply you with a Statement of Results, which will be accepted in the same way as a certificate. Further details are available in the Past Results Service pdf on the AQA website (this will open in a new window).

You are advised to enter details for all your qualifications. If you do not have any qualifications, you should still enter details for your schools. You will be asked whether you obtained any qualifications at each school you enter and can then select 'no'. You should ignore the warning message and click on 'section completed' and 'save' to complete the education section.
If you are hoping to enter higher education through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) or the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL), you must apply through us, but you should contact your chosen universities and colleges first.

If you are taking, or have taken, Scottish qualifications, enter your Scottish Candidate Number (SCN). If you do not know your SCN, ask your school or college. If you are at school or college, we match your details with those held by the Scottish Qualifications Authority. We can then send your examination results to the universities and colleges where you are holding offers. We will not be able to do this if you do not enter your SCN. The universities and colleges will then have problems in confirming your place.
BTEC registration number
If you are taking, or have taken, a BTEC National Diploma, Certificate or Award, a Higher National Diploma or Certificate, or Art and Design Foundation Diploma, enter your BTEC Registration Number. If you do not know it, ask your school or college.
