Do you have a question about using Track? If you do, read through this list and you may find the answer you're looking for.

Access to Track

  • I have forgotten my Track username and password. What can I do?
  • When I click on the 'log in' link I cannot get to the next page
  • My Personal ID, username and password are not accepted
  • I have been locked out of Track. What can I do?
  • Why can't I access my application from last year?
  • I get a message saying that the service has 'timed out'

Replying to offers

  • An offer I received direct from a university or college is not displayed on Track. What shall I do?
  • I want to reply to my offers but there is no reply button on Track. What can I do?
  • If I decline my offers, will I be eligible for Extra or Clearing?

Making changes

  • Why can't I add a choice on Track?
