My Personal ID, username and password are not accepted

Please ensure that you enter your Personal ID exactly as it appears on any letters that we have sent to you, and enter your username and password exactly as you entered them to use Apply. Remember that they are case sensitive. If the fields are reset after you click on the 'log in' button, this indicates that incorrect details have been entered.

If you have five failed attempts to log into the service in one day, you will not be permitted to access the service until the next day. If this happens, you can contact our Customer Service Unit.
