Why can't I add a choice on Track?

It depends how many choices you have already selected and which course and/or university or college you are hoping to add.

You are allowed a maximum of five choices on your application, of which you can have no more than:

  • Four courses in any one of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, veterinary science.
  • Three courses in Route B art and design.
  • One course at one campus at either Oxford University or University of Cambridge (unless you already have a degree or will have gained a degree before September of this cycle).

If you have already applied for the maximum number of choices available, you will not be able to add further choices.

If you have applied for four choices in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or veterinary science, you can still apply for a further choice in another of these subjects. For example, if you have applied for four medicine courses, you can use your remaining choice to apply for dentistry, or any other course.

If you have received offers from your choices and replied to these offers, you will not be able to add further choices via Track. Contact our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 468 for advice about your options. UK BT landline calls will cost no more than 9p per minute. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
