BTEC Awards, Certificates, Extended Certificates and Diplomas (excluding BTEC National qualifications)
| Summary | These graded level 3 qualifications have been developed by Edexcel to be used as Additional and Specialist Learning for Advanced Diplomas. The units are drawn from existing BTEC National qualifications, although the new qualifications considered are not part of the BTEC National suite. Edexcel BTEC Nationals are already on the UCAS Tariff. | ||||

| Tariff entry | The UCAS Board considered these qualifications in December 2009. Points come into effect for entry to higher education from 2010 onwards. The Tariff recommendations are presented as an interim measure, pending the creation of new BTEC Nationals to go into the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). |

| Accredited until | Most of these qualifications are accredited until 2010. The short accreditation end date reflects the limit set by QCDA/Ofqual at the time on all QCF qualifications. These qualifications will be replaced by the creation of new BTEC Nationals to go into the QCF. |
