UCAS scoops National Training Award

UCAS has been recognised for excellence in training and development at the South West National Training Awards held in Bristol last night (Thursday).

Kate Houston, Customer Services Manager at UCAS said: "We have worked hard over the past year to improve the quality of service that we provide.

"We are delighted that the hard work of our staff has been recognised. This award demonstrates the emphasis that we place on training and quality to provide an excellent service for our customers.

"It marks a great end to a year where we have also been highly commended for customer service in the National Customer Service awards."

The award was presented by former athletics star turned broadcaster Colin Jackson to Kate Houston, Customer Services Manager and Andrea Robertson, Director of Customer and Applications Services in front of a packed audience of other award hopefuls.

The awards were sponsored by City and Guilds, Investors in People and UK Skills.
