Issue with UCAS Undergraduate Track updates now resolved

Recently, some applicants experienced an issue with updates not displaying in UCAS Undergraduate Track – this has now been resolved. If any of your applicants were affected by this issue, please get them to sign in to Track to see their updated application.

The Adviser Fundamentals

If you’re new to your role in advising applicants, or have little experience of the UCAS application cycle, this is the training for you.

What’s on offer?

This training day has been designed to help introduce you to the world of UCAS, and applications to higher education. It will provide you with an easy to digest hands-on understanding of relevant practices, processes, key dates, and resources.

Objectives of the session include:

  • learning about the various stages of the UCAS application cycle, and what you and your applicants need to do at specific times of the year
  • looking at research tools, and how these can help your applicants make the right choices
  • gaining an overview of what's required in the applicant's reference and personal statement
  • finding out how we can support you and your students
