Planned maintenance: 25 – 26 August

We are carrying out planned maintenance on Friday 25 August and Saturday 26 August. This means that, at times, you may become disconnected from Apply for advisers 2017 and 2018, and Adviser Track.

Please do not make any changes to applications during the following times:

  • 07:30 – 08:00 on Friday 25 August
  • 07:30 – 08:00 on Saturday 26 August
  • 14:00 – 15:00 on Saturday 26 August

Please be aware that UCAS Undergraduate Apply 2017 and 2018 may also become disconnected – we’re advising applicants to avoid making changes to their applications at the times listed above.

UCAS Undergraduate Track will also be unavailable between 09:00 – 11:00 on Saturday 26 August.

Apply training

Come to our training days at UCAS HQ, in Cheltenham, to gain confidence in using Apply.

What’s on offer?

If you're inexperienced and about to put your first cohort of learners through the UCAS Apply system, this training is for you.

It is imperative for advisers to fully understand the use of Apply when helping students into higher education. This should include an understanding of both the online application, and how to manage the application process at your centre using Staff Apply. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • complete an online application (Applicant Apply)
  • understand how to successfully set-up and coordinate Apply for Advisers
  • track the progress of applications

Book to attend Apply training

If you have an enquiry, please get in touch with our Professional Development Team on 01242 545 712, or at training@ucas.ac.uk.

This is an interactive, demonstration-based session which encourages your participation throughout, allowing you to gain first-hand insight of the ins and outs of Apply.

We charge £140 per person per session, plus VAT. This includes refreshments, lunch, and downloadable course materials. If you and a colleague from your uni or college are attending the same session, we'll give you a 10% discount.
