Producers Ashleigh Bowmott and Laura Sweeney from The Uncultured talk about money, class and opportunity for those entering the arts sector - how to make things work financially and the importance of not undercutting your peers. They’re not oracles, they’re making it up as they go along like everyone else, but (because they’ll be paid to be there) they’ll happily share what they know.

Ashleigh Bowmott and Laura Sweeney are independent arts producers working collaboratively as The Uncultured to produce, curate, facilitate and advocate.
