RCA Open Days are open to prospective students thinking of studying at the Royal College of Art. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about the RCA, before visiting programme facilities, workshops and studios as well as hearing from the Heads of Programme and having any questions you may have answered by staff and current students.

This Open Day is for visitors interested in learning more about studying MA V&A/RCA History of Design or MPhil/PhD Arts & Humanities whose proposed area of study fits within subject areas related to History of Design. Please email soah-research@rca.ac.uk if you need clarification on this.

Visitors should meet at the Royal College of Art's Kensington campus at 2pm for a welcome talk by Professor Victoria Walsh. Visitors will then be taken to the Victoria and Albert Museum at 3pm for tours of the museum and facilities, after which there will be a chance to talk to staff from the programme, learn more about teaching, professional development opportunities; student and staff research and the programme pathways in Design & Material Culture, Performance, and Photography.

Pre-registration is required for this Open Day.
