When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly student ambassadors who will complete your registration.
Whether this is your first university open day, or you’ve been to many, you will want to make the most of your time with us. For this reason we will send all registered guests a program of activities and talks in advance, in order to help you best plan your day.
Our course presentations will be delivered by our course directors and admissions tutors. Many of our degrees are taught by practising clinicians, scientists and allied health professionals, so these presentations give you a chance to learn about the subjects that interest you and to hear first-hand about building a career in health, medicine or science.
Our open day campus tours give you the chance to view a range of unique spaces and facilities, from our recently refurbished Students’ Union to the laboratories and clinical cubicles used to teach and test our students. You can also take a look around our halls of residence as part of an accommodation tour.
Finally, you are also welcome to attend an undergraduate student panel discussion, during which our current students will answer any questions you may have about life at St George’s.
