Course summary

Our children’s nursing course allows you to develop the specialist skills needed to become a professional practitioner, confident in their abilities to help young people enter adulthood in the best health. Gain experience and expertise from our hybrid learning approach which prepares you to care for children within an ever-changing health and social care landscape. Learn in our state of the art laboratories, set up to simulate hospital ward and critical care environments, as well as on placement within our NHS Trust partners. Plus, our courses encapsulate the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s ‘Future Nurse’ standards, ensuring you’re equipped to be a leader in your industry.
