Course summary

The Bachelor’s in Economics and Management is a three-year distinct degree, offering an inter-disciplinary and all-round education with the possibility to specialise further in management and economics in financial engineering in Year 3.
In addition to studying core disciplines such as economics, management, social sciences, law, and quantitative disciplines, all students are enrolled in foreign language courses. The BEM curriculum also offers distinct professional guidance and coaching to guide you through your studies and beyond. We provide a tailored educational experience thanks to our unique partnership with University College London (UCL). This means that you get the best of both worlds: you study in small groups on our boutique campus in Angel while also having the opportunity to experience the grand surroundings of one of the biggest and most prestigious universities in the UK.

Please note: We welcome applications to our London campus up to 1 July, subject to course availability.

Modules

Specially designed for students with an international profile, our degree in London is taught entirely in English and includes the study of at least one foreign language. We offer the best of the British and French university systems: a high number of contact hours, an interdisciplinary curriculum, language proficiency, small-group tuition and personalized guidance.

In Year 1 and Year 2, the curriculum is designed to equip students with the fundamentals of five subject areas:

Economics : Microeconomy, Macroeconomy, Economic aspects of globalization
Management : Introduction to General Management, Financial and Management Accounting, History of Management
Quantitative disciplines : Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences
Social Sciences and Law : Political Sciences, Sociology, Global Contemporary Issues and Law (Public Law, Contract Law, etc.)
Language and Communication

Our degree program offers students great flexibility, and the opportunity to specialize in their third year, along with the added benefit to study a semester abroad. At the end of the second year, students will choose their major and specialize in either the Management, Economics and Finance or Social Sciences pathway. The London campus offers majors in Management and Applied Economics & Finance, so students can spend the third year in London and continue to benefit from the international outlook of our degree and location. Alternatively, students can transfer to our parent university in Paris, selecting any of the majors offered, or choose from one of our 315 partner universities worldwide.
More detailed module information can be found on our website.
