Course summary

Study law while gaining a deeper understanding of crime, criminal behaviour, and the workings of the criminal justice system.

This LLB (Hons) is a qualifying law degree, which also gives you insights into criminology and criminal justice.

Explore policing, security and crime control, punishment, social justice, victimisation, and organised crime. You'll also cover the seven foundational subjects for professional legal training.

You can tailor the course to your own interests through a range of optional modules.

This flexible course will suit you if you want to qualify as a solicitor or barrister, or work in areas including criminal justice, policy or social advocacy.

UCAS Tariff - 112 - 96 points

We accept A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, OCR, Access to HE and most other qualifications within the UCAS Tariff.

GCSE/National 4/National 5

3 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English and Maths.

If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
