This four-year degree develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to manage people effectively in organisations. It is mapped to the CIPD Profession Map at Associate level, ensuring alignment with industry standards. You’ll explore key concepts in human resource management, with a strong focus on ethical, responsible and sustainable practices. In your third year, you’ll complete a paid industry placement, gaining valuable experience and enhancing your CV.
