City St George's, University of LondonOptometry BSc (Hons)I am currently in my second year of the BSc Optometry course at City, University of London. Moving to London for University has been a good opportunity for me to try out new things and experience living in the city. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with my friends. If you have any questions related to living away from home, uni life or Optometry, I’m happy to answer them. Katy
University of PlymouthBSc (Hons) Optometry (Full-time)Hi I'm Katy! I'm studying optometry at the University of Plymouth. At Sixth Form I studied A-levels and I know how stressful it can be applying for university whilst studying for exams. Please let me know if you have any questions about optometry or the University of Plymouth! Liana

City St George's, University of LondonOptometry BSc (Hons)I aspire to make my way forward in the Optometry world and Locum as it’s convenient and flexible or become a store owner. I love my course and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking to study it. The opportunities with an Optometry degree are endless! I’ve also worked as a private tutor for the past 5 years which I’m very passionate about. I love seeing so many of my pupils exceed their expectations and over achieve. It’s not only about grades, I also provide mentoring for these kids and general wellbeing support. Whilst studying at university, I also currently work as a Schools Liason Ambassador and Events Ambassador which has been amazing! I’ve met so many new people, formed new connections and have really enjoyed my job. It’s definitely a rewarding and fun experience. On the side, I’ve also learnt how to drive, crochet and bake really well!
