Improving international engagement – good practice for reaching an international audience

Breakout session


Recruiting international students, and guiding them through the admissions process to enrolment, presents numerous challenges. Communication is one of those challenges, and in this session delegates will have the opportunity to hear about how HEPs and UCAS have innovated and made use of different technologies, social media, and other platforms to get their message across to international customers. Following short case-study presentations of good practice from across the sector, this session will open up a discussion of the challenges and opportunities faced when engaging with international audiences.
