Rebecca is Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions at the University of Edinburgh. She is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the university’s strategy for student recruitment, as well as widening participation, pre-arrival, induction, and admissions.

Rebecca has spoken at national and international conferences on recruitment and admissions issues. She has a particular interest in widening access to higher education via contextualised admissions, and has co-authored published research on the subject. She is a member of various national committees, and Chair of the UCAS Scottish Standing Group.
