Charlie Field has worked at Oxford Brookes University for six years, in various roles within the Widening Participation and Recruitment teams. She started as a Schools and Colleges Liaison Officer, before moving on to project managing large-scale widening participation projects, locally and nationally. Prior to joining Brookes, Charlie trained as a teacher of secondary English, and worked as a theatre programmer and producer before that.
