Elliot is the Head of UK Student Recruitment and Outreach at the University of Leicester, overseeing a team in charge of recruiting undergraduate, postgraduate and distance learning students in the UK. The team’s activity includes working with schools, colleges and partners across the UK to support learners from all backgrounds into Higher Education. Elliot’s previous role at Leicester involved developing strategic partnerships between the university and partner schools and colleges in London, to support recruitment and widening participation.

Elliot was also the Partnerships Manager (Member Engagement) for HELOA from Jan 2020-March 2023 coordinating the relationship held between HELOA and UCAS to deliver events, products and services with students at their heart.
