Summary

A look at what influences students’ decisions, and how to utilise this insight to run effective marketing campaigns

The session will explore student preferences, what factors are the most important to a student when choosing a provider (e.g. accommodation, course content, high tariff), and how trends are changing.  It will look at the behaviours of students, patterns, and predictions, and how providers can use these to market effectively. Examples of effective marketing campaigns will be highlighted, starting with insight, and ending with examples of effective creatives and multi-channel campaigns. 

Learning outcomes:

  • What students are prioritising in their decision-making process.
  • How a provider can send their message out to students effectively.
