Summary
Approaches to team management in undergraduate admissions.
The session will present a case study on different approaches to the processing of undergraduate applications, and the management techniques that help support that work and those that undertake it. It will also look at how processing can be integrated into the other duties of an admissions function.
The session will allow providers to share approaches and experiences on ways to organise the processing of undergraduate applications, while ensuring the wellbeing of staff.
