How do I attend?

The conference is completely online, so it is accessible from anywhere with internet access.  You need to register via the link in this website, and then we will send you more information about how to join the conference nearer the time.

How long is the conference?

The conference is for three days on Monday 1 – Wednesday 3 February.  You will be able to access the content live during the conference and on demand for 30 days afterwards. Please note that 1 February is for exhibition and speed networking only. 

Is the conference live and will I be able to interact with speakers?

Plenary sessions at the conference will all be live.  Some breakout sessions will also be completely live, or will consist of a pre-recorded webcast, followed by a live Q&A to offer the opportunity to interact with speakers.  You will be able to choose which webcasts you attend via the online platform nearer to the event.

Will I be able to interact with other delegates?

Yes.  You will be able to see who else is in attendance, and post messages. You will also be able to interact with other delegates as part of the live Q&A.

Will I be able to interact with exhibitors?

Yes. You will be able to chat to exhibitors during the event and access content from their stand. You will also be able to have one-to-one meetings with exhibitors.

Will the content be accessible after the event?

Yes. You will be able to view all of the live sessions, webcasts, presentations, Q&As and speaker handouts for 30 days after the event.

 

Cost to attend

As there is a cost to host a conference online, we have to charge a fee to attend.  However, this is significantly cheaper than a face-to-face conference and there are no travel costs of course!
