Charlie began working at UCAS in September 2014 and has extensive experience working directly with applicants, teachers, advisers, university outreach and admissions staff. Charlie creates digital learning collateral for all of UCAS’s customer groups in the form of online learning modules, interactive webinars and live digital delivery. Charlie possess a strong working knowledge of UCAS’s processes and systems and uses this to develop engaging, relevant and timely content to support informed decision making across all customer groups.
