Michelle Flood has studied, lived and worked in the USA, Canada, EU, UK and Asia. Michelle is the Director of University Guidance at Canada's largest full-time boarding school. She worked for several US universities in administration and international admission before moving to the "other side of the desk" as a university counsellor in international secondary schools. She has been a one-person office, and led small and large counselling departments from four to ten counsellors. Michelle founded and designed a university counselling programme at a selective school in Asia to great success, and serves on a national advisory board to one of Canada's top universities. Having led a 20 school-wide university counsellor forum and assisted 1000’s of students apply to universities in over 26 countries in IB, AP and  A-Level curriculums, Ms Flood is well-versed in all things university.
