• Autumn events

  We are excited to announce the launch of our series of autumn events. Our UCAS Discovery events are designed to help thousands of young people access information, advice, and guidance, leaving them feeling inspired, excited, and with a greater sense of direction for their future goals.

  Based on the volume of applicants, current event attendance, and the number of schools in each area, we have identified four regions with a demand for a UCAS event.

• Updates for 2024

  • Exhibitors wishing to book the Liverpool event on Friday 14 June, please book your hotels ASAP as there is a Taylor Swift concert on between Thursday 13 June - Saturday 15 June.
  • The Stoke-on-Trent campus event date has moved from Tuesday 23 April to Thursday 13 June.
  • Nottingham is a shell scheme event replacing the historic East Midlands/Derby event.

  Exhibition stands

  Directly engage with our audience face-to-face with your very own exhibition stand.

  Your large, double sided vinyl banners are printed in four colours to all sides and hung directly above your stand.

  Capture the attention of a wider audience and increase traffic to your stand with your own branded floor tiles.

  You’ll get 5 identical, fully branded tiles that include your messaging and creative, located in high traffic areas of the event.

   

  Data scanning

  Collect invaluable, quality data in seconds and use it to enhance your own future marketing campaigns with messaging direct to your student leads.

  Purchasing licenses based on the maximum number of staff and devices you plan to have at the event, you’ll use your phone to instantly collect information on visitors to your stand.

  

   

  Event brochure ad

  Boost your brand presence with a full colour A6 advert in the event brochure. The brochure includes the floor plan and is used by students to navigate the event.

  As one of a limited number of advertisers included and with placements amongst key UCAS and event information, your ad will have great visibility.

   

  Enhanced brochure listing

  improve your in-event profile and boost visibility of your stand's location with your logo included in the event brochure exhibitor list.

  Sitting alongside the floor plan, the addition of your full colour branding in the exhibitor list will help you stand out from the competition and increase your visitor footfall.

   

  Furniture and TV hire

  We offer options to hire furniture such as computer plinth tables with cupboards, literature racks, stools, chairs, tables and plasma screens to help enhance your stand and the experience of your visitors.
