What does a conveyancer do?
Conveyancers use legal processes to transfer ownership of property or land from one person to another. Conveyancers are specialist lawyers who deal with residential and commercial property and land purchases. You will deal with the financial and paperwork aspects of property purchasing. You’ll need good IT and numeracy skills to do this job.
What do I need to do to become a conveyancer?
To become a licensed conveyancer, you must pass the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) exams.
