Breakout session
This breakout session will benefit all delegates with an interest in IB programmes.
Summary
This session will focus on supporting schools and colleges with International IB students, and help them offer the best advice about applying to UK universities. It will give feedback on universities’ attitudes to IB students, and offer practical suggestions for how students can outline the skills developed through IB in their university application. There will also be an update on recent developments to IB programmes.
Learning outcomes
By attending this session, delegates will:
- Understand the attitudes of UK HE providers to IB programmes, in order to advise students successfully.
- Find out about the latest developments to IB programmes.
- Learn how to most effectively support IB students through the application process.
