Vaseema joined BIMM Brighton in 2005 as Principal, and has overseen the development of BIMM from a single centre in Brighton with 350 students, to launching additional colleges in Bristol and Manchester, serving over 1,800 students.

She is responsible for the educational and creative quality of the programmes and student experience delivered in all centres, and for establishing and maintaining relationships with key educational and industry partners. Prior to joining BIMM, Vaseema held the role of Assistant Principal at City College Brighton and Hove.

She has over 25 years’ experience in arts based further and higher education, initially working as a lecturer in fine art and history of art & design, then moving into curriculum design and delivery, and to senior management.
