Neil has worked in the higher education sector for over 30 years. He was originally employed by an institution as a developer for their in-house student management and finance/order systems. In 1988, he joined Strategic Information Technology Services (who subsequently became a part of Tribal) as a developer on the SITS:Vision software. During his time at Tribal, he has progressed through various roles, before taking his current role of Senior Developer, specialising in the Recruitment and Finance Team dealing with the marketing and admissions components of SITS:Vision, including the interfaces and areas connected directly with UCAS.
