Paul joined UCAS in September 2016 having previously worked as Data Science Manager at Endsleigh Insurance, and in the public sector before that.

During his 18 months at UCAS he has been responsible for growing the capability of the STROBE service, most notably in relation to a benchmarking service so that WP organisations can identify where significant change has been achieved. He has also been responsible for identifying further markets that would benefit from similar tracking data services.

Away from work, Paul recently got married and is currently planning his honeymoon and watching as much football as he can get away with.
