Kirti has worked in higher education for six years. Kirti joined Imperial College London in 2015 as the Systems and Data Officer for the Admissions section of the College’s Registry.

Her responsibilities include providing technical and systems expertise to facilitate the admissions process, providing technical support and training to admissions staff across the institution, and producing in-depth analyses of admissions data for internal and external audiences.
