A presentation with a Q&A session around the area of scheduling academic interviews. The University of Plymouth identified an issue with service and length of time in scheduling interviews as part of the admissions process, which had an impact on conversion. This session will take you through the process of the research taken to fully understand the issue, the solutions, and the results of those solutions one year on.
