Roland has worked in higher education for 16 years, predominantly in various admissions roles, but also in more student-facing roles. Having spent time at a number of different higher education institutions including London Metropolitan University, Thames Valley, UCL, and the University of Exeter, he has been working for the University of Plymouth within the Student Recruitment & Admissions department for just over four years. Moving in to his new role of Business Development Manager, his focus will be on continuously improving the admissions and recruitment experience for applicants, to meet the ever-changing challenges of an increasingly demanding sector.
