Jude serves as the Associate Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions and Widening Participation at the University of Liverpool, where she oversees the strategic management of Admissions, Enquiries, and Fulfilment.

Since joining the University in 2007 as Head of Postgraduate Admissions, Jude has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the institution’s admissions strategy. Her current portfolio encompasses the strategic management of UK and international admissions across undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research programmes, as well as English language pre-sessional courses.

Jude has extensive Admissions experience including leading a transformative approach to admissions operations at Liverpool, implementing a full efficiency programme including automated processes that have significantly enhanced both customer service and staff experience across the University.
