It’s a community of students helping to influence how universities and brands make people’s lives better.
Whether you’re exploring your options or you’re about to graduate, your voice will help shape the support and services that current and future students will receive.
From the kind of courses universities offer, to the products that brands make and sell, you’ll play an important role in making sure you and your fellow students get the most out of your studies and student life.
You’ll also earn rewards, vouchers, and prizes for every poll, survey, and group you participate in.

What you’ll do
By signing up, you’ll be invited to take part in surveys and give your opinions on education, student life, products, and services.
- Quick polls – fast and easy questions which can be answered in a few minutes on your phone.
- Pulse surveys – show brands what students really think, want, feel, and need.
- Focus groups – in-depth discussions and workshops, where you’ll talk to brands directly and help them build better student services.
The Student Panel is open to UK residents aged 16 years and over who have a UCAS Hub account.

The fine print
- Completion of some activities may be offered in exchange for points that can be collected and later exchanged for vouchers, or we may offer entry into a prize draw for a chance to win a prize. We will provide you with details of any rewards we may offer when we give you details of the activity.
- Where activities offer opportunities to collect points, one point is worth one pence. When your points meet the minimum value of £15 you may be able to redeem your points for vouchers. The number of points awarded may vary per activity, but we will let you know how many points will be awarded for each activity when we invite you to take part.
- Where activities offer the opportunity to enter a prize draw for the chance to win a prize, when we invite you to take part we’ll give you details of the prize, how to enter, the closing date, and when winners will be notified.
- We can change the types of activities that provide rewards and adjust rewards at any time. We will give you notice of this where we can.
- Where you choose to participate, you’ll need to complete the activity by the specified deadline. If you do not meet the deadline then your activity will not be accepted and reward or prize draw entry will not be made.
- To be eligible for rewards or our prize draw you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- resident in the United Kingdom
- aged 16 years or over
- not an employee or director of UCAS or a member of their immediate families and household
- not associated with the administration of the UCAS Student Panel or prize draws
