She has also completed a comprehensive course on U.S. admissions from the University of Pennsylvania. As an International Certified Career Coach (NCDA, USA) and holder of an Advanced Certification in Counseling from International Education Gateway Pte., Singapore, Poonam is adept at providing nuanced guidance tailored to students' aspirations. She serves as a Board Member of The University of Toronto International Counsellor Advisory Board, contributing her expertise to shape global education strategies.
