Jen has worked in Higher Education for over 20 years in both recruitment and outreach roles. She is a Schools Outreach and Widening Participation Manager at Durham University. With a strong background in outreach, engagement, and relationship-building, Jen plays a pivotal role in shaping recruitment and outreach strategies that attract diverse and talented students to Durham. Jen is responsible for fostering partnerships with schools and colleges and overseeing CPD for teachers at Durham.
