Kim joined the Career Development Institute (CDI) in November 2023 as their Technical Education Programme Manager, leading on a programme funded by the Gatsby Foundation which seeks to raise awareness of technical education pathways. With over 25 years’ experience as a career development professional, Kim has worked in schools, colleges and universities and more recently in supporting teachers and careers staff to meet the Gatsby Benchmarks.
