Paul Guyver has over thirty years of experience in disability support and inclusion within higher education. His career has spanned a range of impactful roles, including Technical Manager for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) - based in Higher Education, DSA Needs Assessor, Dyslexia Diagnostician, Manager of Disabilities and Dyslexia Services, and currently, Deputy Head of Student Services. Paul has delivered training and consultancy for numerous universities and organisations, championing inclusive practices and advancing disability awareness. His professional interests focus on embedding disability inclusion into institutional culture, disability awareness raising, and enhancing opportunities through inclusive approaches. He holds a master’s degree in Adult Dyslexia Diagnosis and Support, reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning in the field within which he works.
