In her current role at Freshfields, Emma leads the design and delivery of the firm’s Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme, overseeing attraction campaigns, selection processes, and ongoing development support.

Emma is passionate about social mobility, diversity and helping young people access careers in law through innovative and inclusive pathways.
